Jasdeep Singh Principal
Education has always been a prolific space for innovation. Educationists all over the world are constantly coming up with new ideas and methodologies to introduce in the classroom making the best of the tools at their disposal. These include enhancing the self-confidence and focus on student interaction and find out what pulls the class into the lesson.

Motivating your students:

Concerning motivation, low motivation level is not only unprofitable for the students but also the teachers. In addition to it, many students confront issues in enhancing their writing skills at the university level and many feel that they have learning issues.

Enhancing the writing potential of students is an encouraging experience and it is essential to obtain the fundamental academic investigation abilities. You have to understand that this personal development is going to motivate your students in exploring their qualities and this will further enhance their understanding in terms of learning. Motivating your students will further allow them to connect with various subjects and they will gather more knowledge. This combination of knowledge and motivation is going to yield exceptional consequences.

Self-confidence is essential:

Self-confidence is another important factor that influences the skills of the students. From writing to reading, everything is linked to self-confidence. A confident student will write and read better than the others who have low self-confidence. More concentration on the content than on grammatical errors in case of drafts, "publication" of students' work, and teacher’s remarks help in developing creative ideas and thus, better pieces of writing. This develops a sense of confidence in the writer when they are allowed to explore their creativity rather than focusing on principles of grammar.

Students who are confident about their abilities and take risks while writing possesses the tendency to adjust more rapidly as compared to reluctant writers. As a matter of fact, students with overseas experiences have better vocabulary and fluency. They can write in a better way without any writing difficulties. Students have to manage several things. This is the responsibility of the teacher to create a smooth communication flow with the student as this innovative approach will boost their motivation and self-confidence.
